Brainstorming and Option explotion

To start with I asked the children in Reception class to think about the things they could see in the sky during the day. Then during the night and after that, those things that they knew there were in the sky and in space but that they couldn't see.

After reading the book Beegu, we did a thinking routine called Option Explotion. This routine fosters creative thinking. It helps explore “hidden” options in a decision making situation. Often people don’t make good decisions because they miss the hidden options. It is also relevant to understanding. It helps in building an understanding of decision-making situations even when you are not the real decision maker.

Game about identifying feelings

I didn't used this game in the end since the student it was designed for didn't come to my lesson. It is a simple game for children with a low level of English to identify the feelings of the main character of a story.
